 Swopp is a unique platform that allows users to swap items they no longer need for items they want, facilitating sustainable, hassle-free exchanges directly from doorstep to doorstep.

   Swopp is owned by Bondee Tech FZE.

 To use Swopp, you must be at least 18 years old and agree to comply with the platform's Terms of Use.ned by Bondee Tech FZE.

To register, you need to list one item that get accepted by Swopp. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

You can list items in categories such as Books, Clothing & Accessories, Household, Games, Decoration & Art, and Baby & Toys. Each item must meet Swopp’s quality standards and listing guidelines. 

 No, registration on Swopp is free. However, you will need to earn points by listing items to activate your account fully.

Yellow Points are earned upon item listed, and Green Points are earned when your item is purchased by the buyer.

 Currently, Swopp only supports the listing of physical goods, not services. 

Points are used to 'buy' items from other users. 1 Point is equivalent to 1 AED. Points are deducted from the buyer’s account and credited to the seller’s account upon the completion of a transaction.  

Swopp is focused on creating a curated and quality experience for our users. As such, we are initially limiting the types of items that can be listed to ensure that all items meet our standards for quality and demand. The following categories are permitted for listing:

1. Clothing      & Accessories: Includes all types of clothing, footwear, jewelry,      and other fashion accessories. Items should be clean, in good condition,      and free of any tears or stains.
2. Decoration      & Art: This category encompasses decorative items, artwork,      paintings, sculptures, and other items intended to beautify a living      space. Items must be intact and in presentable condition.
3. Baby      & Toys: Includes toys, baby gear, clothing, and other essentials      for infants and young children. Items should be safe, clean, and comply      with current safety standards.
4. Household:      Encompasses a range of household goods such as kitchen appliances,      furniture, tools, and gardening items. All items should be fully      functional and free of major defects.
5. Books:      This category includes all types of books from novels and non-fiction to      textbooks and children’s stories. Books should be in good condition,      without missing pages or excessive markings.
6. Games:      Includes video games, board games, and puzzle games. All components should      be included, and electronic games should be fully operational.
7. Gift      Cards: Gift cards to various stores and services can be listed if they      have not been used and the balance can be verified.
